Coronavirus Update

Dear Valued Patient,

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and variants continue, we remain fully operational; however, your safety and the safety of our staff is our primary concern.

We are following both the WHO and CDC recommendations carefully. With the recent change of government advice around the pandemic, we wanted to let you know that we have new COVID-19 guidelines. As a surgical practice, we operate with the highest level of infection control and cleanliness at all times, but we are taking additional measures to help curb the spread of the virus.

Each patient now has access to hand disinfectant gel, and we have increased our cleaning and disinfecting of communal areas.

What we are asking of our patients:

  • If you have been in close contact with someone with confirmed coronavirus,

  • If you have you been asked to self-isolate,

  • If you have you traveled outside of the United States in the last 14 days,

  • If you have a dry cough, raised temperature or symptoms of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) however mild or flu-like symptoms,

Then please do not attend your scheduled appointment and call (344) 699-7546 where we can reschedule on another day. It is essential that you seek medical care from your primary care physician as soon as possible.

Please call 911 if your symptoms worsen.

For those attending the practice:

  • Please try to maintain social distancing in the communal areas.

  • All patients (and their guests) may wear a mask in the communal areas at their discretion.

  • It is likely we will ask some questions to screen your general health.

  • Try to avoid touching your face while on the premises.

  • Should you need to cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) if you don’t have a tissue and throw the tissue away immediately. Then wash your hands or use a hand sanitizing gel.

  • Please place all the tissues in wastebaskets provided.

Please be assured that your health and safety and of our team members remains our number one priority. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please call us at (344) 699-7546.
